Interactive Corporate Operating Model

Profound changes within the client’s organizational structure necessitated the development of a complex operating model. Because of the intricacies of the structure, as well as the politics involved, the client wanted to create a full-featured interactive explanation of the new structure. We developed a Flash-based experience that told the story linearly and demonstrated how the model was built, explaining the model’s rationale and how it was derived from core company values and strategies. In addition, a fully interactive model was created to allow the user to explore the model, drilling down to find more in-depth information and resources on their areas of interest.

Ad Hoc Environmental Course

The client’s Environmental division asked us to create a standalone web course on Waste Management. The material was based on following a complex Flow Diagram, and could be fairly technical. We delivered a Flash-based experience using an onscreen and printable flow chart as a constant navigational aid, highlighting details associated with each stop on the diagram. We also livened up the content with fresh, branded graphics, music and narration. Interactive quizzes with feedback and correction were taken and progress tracked at key points in the course, as well as a pass/fail final exam, required for certification.
